Trans Terms History and Context

I was at the airport one day I thought I’d play with attempting to represent some information about the history and social context of transgender terminology in a graph:

So, what I came up with are the 5 most historically used English terms: Transvestite (ca. 1910), Crossdreser (ca. 1972), Transgenderist (ca. 1978) and Transgender (ca. 1970). For each term, I used a colored area to plot the age and the historical context with which the term was used.
